On Saturday, September 12th, we\u2019re heading to charming Gouda with Prometheus for Open Monument Day! On this special day, around 70 historic sites will open their doors to the public. Visit historic buildings, listen to fascinating stories, and enjoy music, guided tours, and performances in downtown Gouda.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll start the day with a gathering at Berg\u2019s Bakery for coffee and a syrup waffle baking workshop. During this workshop, you\u2019ll learn how to make authentic Gouda syrup waffles yourself. The workshop is suitable for everyone ages 7 and up.<\/p>\n

\n8:00 AM \u2013 Bus departs from the TU Delft Auditorium
\n9:00 AM \u2013 Group 1 has coffee \/ Group 2 starts syrup waffle baking workshop
\n9:45 AM \u2013 Group 1 syrup waffle baking workshop \/ Group 2 has coffee
\n10:30 AM \u2013 Free time to visit Gouda and its monuments
\n4:45 PM \u2013 Bus departs back to Delft<\/p>\n
