Indonesian cooking workshop

Last time we cooked at this cooking studio we made a wide range of Tapas. This time we will be making an Indonesian meal under the guidance of Rowdy. You only need to bring yourself along as the shopping will already have been done. Chef Rowdy will tell us about the meal and ingredients. He will sketch all the work needed, and delegate tasks so that we van together make this Indonesian meal. Please do inform us of any dietary requirements you may have so that your meal may be adapted.

Whats on the menu?
Starter: Zalm met ingelegde gember, bietenmayonaise, wasabimayonaise, wasabiflakes en cressen
Main:    Nasi koening met babi ketjap, Opor van telor (hard gekookt ei) en Atjar bening.
Dessert: Vanille-ijs met gember, sinaasappelcoulis met geroosterde kokos en sesamzaadjes atsinacress

is an open bar and the price of all drinks are included in the price of the workshop.
It can get warm in the cooking studio so we do suggest that you wear layers.
