Prometheus weekend in London

There were many enthusiastic responses for our trip to London and that is great. We have therefore planned 2 weekend.

You can choose between Thursday 28^th- Sunday 31^st August OR

Thursday September 4^th to Sunday September 7^th

Prometheus members love to travel and we love to see how friendships evolve between colleagues during these trips. A trip by train to England is a great experience as after passing by Brussels and Lille the train goes under the English Channel and arises in the county of Kent and brings you right into the centre of London. Have a good look around as you alight from the train as St. Pancras is a beautiful station.

IMPORTANT – read carefully

To avoid disappointment please only register after you have read the following carefully. A registration is a booking.

• Passport requirement: You must have a valid passport. Travel to England is not possible with an ID card.


• VISA or ETA required: To visit England, you need to obtain a VISA or ETA. Please read more [here]. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct document. The Prometheus office can assist with your application.


• Registration: Your first name and your family name that you  give, for both you and your travel partner, must be exactly the same as in your passport.


• Trip price: €499 per person, based on a double or twin room shared by the Prometheus member and their travel partner


• Single room surcharge: €245.


• Triple rooms: Two triple rooms are available at €489 per person. Please contact Prometheus. no longer available


• Family rooms: Not available. Please contact the Prometheus office if you wish to book for a family. The price is €499 per person.


• Payment: When registering you will be requested to pay a deposit. The final sum will be due on July 28^th.


• Fitness requirement: Participants must be physically fit, as we will travel to the hotel using public transport which involves going up and down stair with your luggage.
