Daytrip: De Hoge Veluwe National Park

On Saturday, October 3rd, 2026, Prometheus is organizing a wonderful day trip to the beautiful Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe. It promises to be a relaxing day in nature, with plenty of opportunities to explore the park at your own pace.

We will depart from the Aula at 8:15 AM and arrive at the park around 10:00 AM. The day will start with a complimentary cup of coffee or tea, after which everyone is free to plan their own activities.

Explore the park’s vast forests, heathlands, and sand drifts, take a ride on one of the famous free white bicycles, visit the visitor centre, spot wildlife, or simply enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. There is something for visitors of all ages.

Lunch is not included and can be arranged individually. At 4:30 PM, the bus will depart for the return trip to Delft.

We are also exploring the possibility of offering an optional extra activity, such as a visit to the Kröller-Müller Museum or a guided walk through the park. More information will follow once these plans have been confirmed.

Who can join: Prometheus members and one guest
Price: €27,50 per person

Children under the age of 18 may join the trip free of charge. They can be registered via prometheus@tudelft.nl so that a seat can be reserved for them on the bus.
