Many of us sit behind a laptop, screen or in al lab for hours on end. Sometimes only breaking for a cup of coffee and a few steps.
Use your lunchbreak for a healthy boost with 30 minutes of chair yoga. A perfect way to learn how to relax your muscles in the office. We will also pay attention to breathing which can calm your nervous system.
After the session (30 minutes) you will return to the office energized. Chair yoga is for everybody; fitness and posture play no role in your participation.
If the group is international the lesson will be in English. when all participants are Dutch then the lesson will be in Dutch.
