Doesburg is a charming Hanseatic town with a gorgeous centre where you can just feel the history.

We have arranged coffee and cake for everybody on arrival in Doesburg. If you are bringing children along there will be something else for them.

You can join an optional tour of the town with a guide, we are not sure how good their English will be.

Doesburg lies on the river IJssel and has a very interesting fish passage which you can visit with a guide. You will get to see the fish passage and view the underground window, you may even see fish swimming by going up- or downstream as the season defines.
